Daftar 137 Situs Investasi Bodong yang Ditutup Bappebti
Tubuh Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti) memblok 137 domain tidak berijin yang tawarkan investasi perdagangan berjangka komoditi. Penutupan ini terhitung Binomo dan robot trading. Penutupan ini sendiri dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika.
Berdasar pencarian Bappebti, dari 117 domain website yang dikunci, ada 33 domain website yang tawarkan investasi forex lewat pemasaran piranti lunak (software) trading forex Smartxbot atau Smartx Net89.
Beberapa situs itu tawarkan pendapatan pasif (penghasilan sampingan) dan memiliki prospek keuntungan tanpa rugi dalam trading forex. Anggota disuruh bayar beberapa dana sesuai paket yang ditawari untuk beli robot dan deposit dana ke pialang berjangka luar negeri, selanjutnya robot itu akan bekerja secara automatis, tanpa perlu analitis dan open status langsung.
Dalam aktivitas ini, beberapa aktor salah gunakan validitas Surat Ijin Usaha Perdagangan Pemasaran Langsung (SIUPPL) yang dikeluarkan Kementerian Perdagangan.
SIUPPL sebagai ijin usaha lakukan aktivitas usaha pemasaran langsung yakni mekanisme pemasaran barang tertentu lewat jaringan marketing yang diperkembangkan penjual langsung yang bekerja atas dasar komisi dan/atau bonus berdasar hasil pemasaran ke customer di luar lokasi ketengan.
"Barang yang terhitung produk komoditi berjangka sesuai ketetapan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan/atau jasa dilarang ditawarkan lewat mekanisme pemasaran langsung," tutur Kepala Bappebti, Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana dalam info sah, Kamis (20/5/2021).
Kepala Agen Ketentuan Perundang-undangan dan Pengusutan M. Syist memperjelas, sekarang ini ada perusahaan dengan ijin SIUPPL lakukan aktivitas usaha pemasaran yang tidak sesuai dengan ijin.
Bappebti mendapati ada penawaran ebook berkenaan perdagangan berjangka atau panduan membuat robot trading dan produk piranti lunak Ahli Advisor (EA) yang dijajakan ke warga lewat mekanisme Pemasaran Langsung, salah satunya Smartxbot atau SmartxNet89.
"Mereka memakai SIUPPL yang dipunyai PT Simbiotik Multitalenta Indonesia(SMI), dan diperlihatkan lewat website situs mereka. Tetapi, di pertemuan Satuan tugas Siaga Investasi pada27 April 2021 lalu, Komisaris Khusus PT SMI Andreas Andreyanto mengatakan jika website sah yang dipunyai PT SMI cuman https://ptsmi.id/. Jika ada website disamping itu, karena itu bukan sisi dari PT SMI," tutur Syist.
Warga disarankan supaya tidak gampang tergoda dengan beragam janji yang dijajakan beberapa aktor karena trading dengan memakai robot mempunyai resiko alami rugi.
Disamping itu, warga disuruh selalu siaga pada penawaran dengan bujukan akan memperoleh bonus jika sukses mengambil anggota baru sebagai downline karena dalam perdagangan berjangka tidak dikenali istilah itu.
"Saat sebelum memilih untuk melakukan investasi di bagian perdagangan berjangka komoditi, warga diharap selalu lakukan pengujian validitas pialang berjangka dan kewajaran keuntungan yang dijajakan," ungkapkan Syist.
"Warga diharap tidak tergoda dengan janji keuntungan di luar kewajaran dan pelajari lebih dulu berkenaan proses transaksi bisnis, untung, dan ruginya."
